Contest

This regulation defines the rules applicable for this competition.

Article 1 – Organisation

The company – The Domaine du Colombier, whose head office is located at 1052 Rue des Combattants en Afrique du Nord, 83600 Fréjus – FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as “the Organising Company” or “the Organiser”) organises a free contest and without purchase obligation.

This game will be available on the website https://concours.domaine-du-colombier.com

Article 2 – Object

The contest consists of correctly answering a multiple choice questionnaire.

Article 3 – Participants

This contest is free, without purchase obligation and is open to all adults, excluding employees of the Organising Company, and in general the companies involved or participating in the implementation of the contest, directly or indirectly.

Article 4 – Terms of participation

To participate, candidates must answer a multiple-choice questionnaire consisting of three questions relating to the Domaine du Colombier and complete a participation form with their last name, first name, e-mail address and spoken language. It is necessary to register a friend in order to participate in the quiz. The friend and the referrer can not in any case have the same e-mail. An e-mail or a person can not be registered twice as a referrer or twice as a friend in order to participate in the contest. Occupants in the same household can not sponsor each other.

In particular, any entries that are incomplete, illegible, with inaccurate coordinates or sent after 04/04/2018 at noon will be considered void. The will of proven fraud or attempted cheating by a participant, including the creation of false identities to register more than once may be sanctioned by the formal and final prohibition to participate in the draw.

Article 5 – Designation of the winner

All questionnaires will be stripped and only those who have three correct answers will be kept to participate in the draw.

A draw will then be made on 04/04/2018 on the afternoon by the Organiser, to select the winners (the referrer and friend selected by the draw and having correctly answered the questions).

The winners of the contest allow the Organiser to publish their full name on the following websites: concours.domaine-du-colombier.com and www.domaine-du-colombier.com, as well as on their social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Winners of the contest will be notified by e-mail by the Organiser.

Article 6 – The lot

* 2 prizes to be won, 1 for the referral, 1 for the friend:

  1. For the referee: a 7-night stay in a MUST cottage, at Domaine du Colombier, from 31.03.2018 to 17.06.2018 or from 01.09.2018 to 23.09.2018 (excluding bank holiday weekends). To book after notification of the gain, depending on the availability of the Organising Company.
  2. For the referred (friend): a 7-night stay in a MANHATTAN cottage, at Domaine du Colombier, from 31.03.2018 to 17.06.2018 or from 01.09.2018 to 23.09.2018 (excluding bank holiday weekends). To book after notification of the gain, depending on the availability of the Organising Company.

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with other prizes of equivalent value in the event of external difficulty. The prizes in the form of a voucher will be sent to the winners by e-mail to the address indicated on the contact form of the contest. If the prizes are not claimed by the winners before 16/04/2018, as well as if the prizes can not be awarded for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser (wrong address, etc.), they will be so lost.

Article 7 – Protection of personal data

In accordance with the “Data Protection Act” of 6 January 1978, participants have a right of access, opposition and rectification of collected information about them. To exercise this right and obtain information about them, a letter must be sent to the Organiser at the address specified in article 1.

Article 8 – Annulation event independent of will – Cancellation

In case of occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Organising Company resulting in the partial or complete termination of this contest and in particular the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, the Organiser will incur no responsibility and shall not pay any compensation. The same will apply if the Contest Organiser decides to cancel it before the first day of the game period.

Article 9 – Acceptance

Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of the terms of the present rules as well as its performance in good faith.

Any attempt at wrongdoing may be pursued.
